Job description Service Advisors, Full Time, Schedule Tuesday through Saturday Service Advisor experience preferred Reynolds and Reynolds experience helpful Outlook, Microsoft, Excel experience helpful, not required, training provided. Must have a valid driver’s license. DMV record must be clean. High school diploma or equivalent The Advisor Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $18.00 and $18.00. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. $18.00 to $20k potential! We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. Working knowledge of HIPAA and insurance-related documentation; experience with Medi-Cal is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, able to track and complete multiple tasks with attention to detail. Comfortable working both independently and in a small, collaborative team environment. Tech-savvy with familiarity in using EHR systems and basic office software. Values inclusion, equity, and respect in client interactions and team communication.
