Office Administrator (Billing / Bookkeeping / Licensing) Location: Wilmington Type: Full-Time Pay: $22–$30/hour (DOE) About Us: We’re a fast-growing drayage company with over 20 years of experience in port operations. The Role: We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Office Administrator to manage billing, bookkeeping, licensing, and general office operations. You’ll play a key role in keeping our business organized and compliant while supporting our growing client and vendor base. Key Responsibilities: Billing & Invoicing: Create and track invoices, follow up on payments (QuickBooks). Bookkeeping: Track expenses, reconcile transactions, assist with monthly reports. Licensing & Insurance: Manage renewals, COIs, and compliance paperwork. Admin Support: Organize files, manage vendor docs, assist with onboarding. Customer Support: Handle calls and billing inquiries as needed.
