-Fieldwork Associates (Front of House)
-Manager-on-Duty (Front of House)
-Kitchen Associates (Line Cooks / Pizza Makers)

Roles & Responsibilities
Fieldwork Associate
-Welcome and engage guests with enthusiasm and genuine hospitality.
-Guide guests through our rotating beer and non-alcoholic beverage menu and offer thoughtful recommendations.
-Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and in compliance with company policies.
-Assist in light food preparation while maintaining all food safety standards.
-Maintain a clean, stocked, and inviting environment throughout the location and patio.
-Support setup and breakdown duties and help restock merchandise displays.
-Follow all alcohol service, health, and safety regulations.
Manager-on-Duty
-Report to the General Manager
-Lead daily operations and ensure smooth service across all areas.
-Supervise and support team members, providing training and feedback as needed.
-Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and shift reporting.
-Uphold all workplace safety, sanitation, and alcohol service compliance standards.
-Communicate effectively with management and team regarding operations and guest experience.
Kitchen Associate
-Prepare pizzas, salads, and shareable menu items to Fieldwork’s quality standards.
-Follow recipe specs, portioning, and temperature controls to maintain consistency.
-Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold health department requirements.
-Support prep, restocking, and cleaning tasks as part of the kitchen team.
Dishwasher
-Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
-Assist with overall kitchen cleanliness and trash management.
-Support kitchen staff during peak hours while maintaining sanitation standards.
Minimum Qualifications
-Must be 21 years or older to serve alcohol (Fieldwork Associate and Manager-on-Duty positions).
-Prior hospitality or kitchen experience preferred.
-Valid California Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
-RBS certification required for alcohol-serving roles.
-Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
-Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation and Classification
-Fieldwork Associates: $17.87/hr + tips
-Manager-on-Duty: $19.87/hr + tips (depending on experience)
-Kitchen Associates: $20.00–$23.00/hr + tips (depending on experience)
-Dishwashers: $17.87–$20.00/hr + tips
All positions are non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay in accordance with California labor laws.
Meal and rest breaks are provided as required by state regulations.
