Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of 5 NOC technicians, ensuring effective workflow and issue resolution. Manage, track, and resolve incidents through a ticketing system. Administer and support Office 365 and Active Directory environments. Configure and maintain MFA and MDM solutions. Support and manage cloud platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure (Entra). Implement and monitor EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) solutions. Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, processes, and knowledge base articles. Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication. Qualifications Prior experience as a NOC Technician or similar technical operations role. Strong background in Office 365 administration and Active Directory. Hands-on experience with MFA, MDM, AWS, Azure Entra, and EDR software. Demonstrated leadership skills in managing a small technical team. Excellent documentation, writing, and communication skills.

The Role We are seeking a results-driven Vendor & Sub-Contractor Operations Manager to join our US Operations team out of either Chicago or New York City. This critical role will oversee the sourcing, onboarding, and management of third-party vendors and service providers that support our nationwide portfolio. From optimizing service quality and cost structures to ensuring seamless guest experiences, you’ll play a strategic role in scaling our operations across multiple U.S. markets.
