I am looking for only one or two very highly qualified and currently (RE) licensed people to assist me with a number of Multifamily and Commercial real estate activities, all of which are intended to generate more annual commission revenue, which you will share in. Job description will include: making outbound calls (every single call to a verified property owner - looking for a fearless caller), database (CRM) management, sending outgoing emails, creating and sending mailers, property flyers and market data, and assisting with proposals, listings, escrows and closings. So if you are currently a server or bartender at night (for example) then you can do this during the day and on Weekends if available.
