We are food handlers certified, sale permit and business license ready. We require one hour to prep and cook everything on site. We cater events for 2 hours: 50 guests and above, and 1 hour for 40 and 30 guests. We also offer delivery services. Extra time if requested is $100 for every hour. First come first serve basis. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. If the party chooses to reschedule or cancel, unfortunately the deposit is not refundable and the party will have to pay their deposit again. Distance fee depending on location. Travel charge of $80 will apply for any events past 20 mile radius from Hayward. Past 30 miles $100. Any events past 40 miles will be $140 travel fee. Meats available: carne asada, beef fajitas, chicken, pork/al pastor, chorizo, chicken fajitas, chicken Chile Verde. Extra charge for carnitas, lengua, Birria de res/beef. We also do veggies tacos which are red, green, yellow bell peppers with onion, zucchini. Note for birria taco only, not quesabirrias. Additional Sides to include in the packages: pico de gallo, orange rice, or orange rice w/veggies, whole beans, refried beans refried w/chorizo, or our Mexican Chili's beans, sour cream, queso fresco, queso cotija, cebollitas, tortilla chips, or 30 quesadillas.
