Summary: We are looking for a Construction PM/Estimator to join our team at Solid LLC., West Saint Paul, MN. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy of project estimates and budgets, contributing to our commitment to quality and efficiency in every project we undertake. Responsibilities: • Experience as a construction estimator. • Analyze blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements. • Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable pricing. • Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures throughout the construction process. • Collaborate with project managers to ensure estimates align with project budgets and timelines. Requirements: • Proven experience as a construction estimator or similar role in the construction industry. • At least one year experience working in the construction field as a residential framer. • You will utilize the company’s estimating software. • Job walks are required.
