The role involves installation, configuration, and support of security systems and networks, as well as the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in the field. ✅ Technical Requirements Installation and configuration of CCTV systems (IP cameras, NVR, DVR). Installation and programming of access control systems (intercom, smart locks, ZKTeco, Kantech, etc.). Technical support for Windows and Mac operating systems. Knowledge of structured cabling: coaxial, RJ45, fiber optic. Diagnosis of electronic and network failures. Experience with remote monitoring tools. Ability to interpret technical diagrams. Adaptability, organization, and proactiveness in the field. 📌 General Responsibilities Perform installation and maintenance tasks according to protocols. Conduct on-site testing, configuration, and validation. Maintain effective communication with the operations team. Document progress and report incidents. Comply with safety regulations. Primary Job Duties: Testing and wiping PC, laptops and networking gear for resale. Full time position, candidate will need to demonstrate troubleshooting capabilities, knowledge of operating systems as they relate to boot order, along with an understanding of BIOS functions/settings. Performance in this role is required, hands on a large number of items daily is the expectation.
