Salary: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 DOE POSITION PURPOSE: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will assess clients' needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to support their mental health. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Position Duties: • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments. • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions as needed. • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress and treatment efficacy on a regular basis. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to treatment. • Maintain accurate and confidential client records following applicable regulations and standards. • Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in immediate need. QUALIFICATIONS: • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. • Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). • A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting. • Strong understanding of mental health theories and treatment modalities. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds. • Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development. Benefits: • $10,000 Sign-On Bonus. • 200 hours of PTO time front loaded.
