A RECOVERY GROUP FOR BOTH MEN AND WOMEN (Eagan)

Many of you have asked if there is a faith-based recovery group available for both men and women. There is a Tuesday group, exclusively for men, at Vendella Coffee Shop, 1440 Duckwood Dr, Suite 600, Eagan, at 6:30 pm. Additionally, there is a Thursday group, open to both men and women, at The House Church, 2024 Rahn Way, Eagan, at 6:00 pm. The Thursday group has dinner, live worship music, and a biblical talk related to recovery, finishing with individual men's and women's small groups for weekly check-ins. The Tuesday group is for men only, and we have a discussion centered around a specific topic. It's important to have separate small groups for men and women because there are topics that aren't suitable for discussion when mixed. Also, there are a few spouses and couples who go together and need separate spaces. Something is unlocked when you share what you are working on in a safe space. Many people try to bury their stuff, but if you want healing, you need to work through things. I hope you join us and start your journey to recovery!
