Telephone Caller (Columbia)

* Our office is looking for several telephone operators to call seniors in NC, SC and GA, who need a quality health care plan with plenty of benefits: Like transportation to hospital, doctors and specialists' visits, helping individuals with diabetic supplies, prescription medication(s), over the counter benefits, glasses, dental, vision, hearing, food card and in most cases at a premium, cost of $0. * In this job you will have the opportunity to receive Paid training in a fast-paced, competitive environment. This is NOT a work from home position, location is in person at our NE office. Looking for employees from Richland and/ Lexington to reduce travel time to the office with dependable transportation. * Compensation: Base pay + Commission(on sales made) Pay: Up to $39,000 or more per/yr based upon performance, Weekend bonuses * Required Skills and Abilities: Confident and clear verbal and written communication skills via phone, potential applicants must have a gift of gab and love talking on the phone. Ability to remain positive and flexible with the company/market changes and can handle rejection. Other qualifications include, but are not limited to, fluent in English, have patience and enjoy helping families. * Required Education and Experience: Must be at least 35-65 years old, perfect for retirees High School education/higher Previous sales/call center experience helpful but not required, will train Work hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Saturdays(optional) 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
