Overview: Buckingham/Wolfe is a national leader in structural lifting and relocation. We are currently seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate the day-to-day operations of our Wolfe House Movers division. This is a vital role that goes beyond scheduling—it requires excellent people skills, crew coordination savvy and the ability to serve as the key liaison between our teams and our clients. Key Responsibilities: Assign crew members to structural moving projects based on availability, skillset and location Create, maintain and adjust daily/weekly schedules for multiple field crews Act as a primary point of contact with clients to coordinate job timelines, access issues and changes Communicate project details clearly to site leaders and crew members Monitor equipment availability and ensure crews are properly outfitted for the day Track job status and update internal systems accordingly Collaborate with the fabrication, transport and engineering departments when needed Support overall office coordination with a team mindset Requirements Qualifications: Prior experience in dispatching, operations coordination or construction crew scheduling Strong interpersonal and communication skills—especially with customers Ability to multitask, prioritize and keep calm under pressure Organized and detail-oriented with solid problem-solving instincts Computer proficiency with scheduling tools, spreadsheets and GPS/map tools Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance available after 60 days Paid holidays and vacation time Supportive, team-first environment with a reputation for excellence

We currently operate 11 restaurants in the Boston area, a Commissary Kitchen in Cambridge, and a local Meal-Box delivery program. As a driver you will help to load, pack, unpack, deliver, and transport product. Generally, our drivers will spend their time transporting food from our commissary kitchen to our restaurants in and delivering Meal Kit Boxes to our customers. Some of the Logistics Specialists Duties will look like... Move large containers of food from the Clover commissary to our food trucks, restaurants, and delivery addresses. Load and unload vans Deliver Meal Kit Boxes up to 30-miles outside Boston/Cambridge Drive a 14-foot van/truck, including parallel-parking and backing into tight loading docks Manually hoist heavy items Perform vehicle inspections and inventory checks Complete and submit paperwork Interact professionally with Clover employees and customers Assist with the coordination of driver routes and schedules The hiring manager may invite you to participate in a Practical Interview.
