Experience in food delivery or knowledge of food safety practices is a plus. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 55 lbs) and perform physical tasks associated with delivery. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Willing to work varied hours, including early mornings and Saturdays. Maintenance and Reliability • Supervise Thermal Spray operations facility and equipment maintenance to minimize downtime and extend asset life. • Implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs. Qualifications • Strongly prefer leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in technically demanding environments. • Experience and strong abilities to troubleshoot, install and maintain industrial equipment including air Compressors, dust collectors, motors, and a willingness to trouble shoot thermal coating equipment. • Strong understanding of facilities electrical and plumbing installation and maintenance. • Strong technical understanding of surface treatments, paints, or precision finishing processes, or similar processes required. • Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred • Detail-oriented, honest, transparent and resourceful. • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering degree is preferred but not required. Position Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the warehouse processes are performed correctly and accurately by creating and implementing procedures, delivery employee training and monitoring key metrics. The Warehouse Supervisor is the subject matter expert on all technical and IT systems within the warehouse and is also responsible for ensuring OSHA compliance.
