Coaching & Development: Train new team members, provide ongoing coaching, and help tenured associates continuously grow. Quality Control: Monitor work for precision, order accuracy, and compliance with SOPs. Uphold high standards in neatness and timeliness. Workforce Management: Track time & attendance, manage schedules, approve breaks, and support associate needs during the shift. Issue Resolution: Maintain team harmony and act quickly to resolve interpersonal or operational conflicts. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and other shift supervisors to ensure seamless handoffs and issue reporting. Reporting: Complete daily reports and provide insight into trends, bottlenecks, and shift performance. Facility Oversight: Open and close the warehouse as needed; ensure shift safety and cleanliness. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment.  Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
