The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Tricentis TOSCA, test automation best practices, and experience in designing scalable automation solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, QA teams, and development teams to drive automation excellence. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement enterprise-wide automation frameworks using Tricentis TOSCA. Troubleshoot automation failures, optimize test execution time, and ensure reliable test results. Train and upskill teams on TOSCA best practices and automation methodologies. Required Skills and Qualifications: 10 -15 years of overall experience in Test Automation and QA Engineering. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Tricentis TOSCA, including Test Case Design, Test Data Management, and Distributed Execution. Expertise in designing automation frameworks, test strategies, and reusable test assets. Strong knowledge of TOSCA integrations with ALM tools, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. Experience in API, UI, and database automation using TOSCA. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Java, VBScript, Python) for automation customization. Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, ALM, QTest, or TestRail. Hands-on experience in working with Agile and DevOps environments. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
