You'll be driving community management and social media engagement through systematic content production that serves our three distinct audiences. Your Mission: Transform our team's expertise into consistent, educational video content using AI tools, specifically creating avatar-based videos that teach, inform, and build trust with: Houston Real Estate Agents (recruitment focus) Past & Current Clients (referral focus) Prospective Clients (lead generation focus) This role is perfect for someone who loves the intersection of technology and education - using AI to scale expertise rather than relying on team members to create content themselves. What You'll Be Doing Core Responsibilities: Create 3-5 AI-generated educational videos per week using tools like HeyGen to feature our team members' avatars Develop comprehensive question database from all three audience types and systematically answer them through video content Manage AI avatar creation and voice cloning for team members (Paige Martin and others) to build consistent video library Write compelling educational scripts that align with "They Ask, You Answer" methodology and our brand voice Optimize video distribution across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook with platform-specific formatting Track and analyze performance metrics tied to our business goals: webinar attendance, website traffic, lead generation Collaborate with leadership to identify trending questions and market insights that should become content Content Categories You'll Master: Market Education: Houston real estate trends, neighborhood guides, buying/selling processes Agent Development: Training content, best practices, team culture showcases Client Resources: Home maintenance, market updates, vendor recommendations Problem-Solving: Honest discussions about challenges in Houston real estate What Success Looks Like Month 1-3: AI Avatar Setup: Create functioning avatars for 3-5 team members Content System: Establish production workflow generating 12+ videos monthly Audience Alignment: Create content specifically addressing each of our 3 audiences Month 4-6: Traffic Growth: Measurable increase in website visitors from social media (target: 300+ monthly) Lead Generation: Videos driving webinar registrations and guide downloads Engagement Quality: Comments and DMs asking "How do I learn more?" rather than generic likes Month 7-12: Business Impact: Content directly contributing to agent recruitment, client referrals, and prospect conversion Efficiency Gains: Streamlined production allowing for 5+ videos weekly with consistent quality Thought Leadership: Houston Properties recognized as educational authority in Houston real estate About Houston Properties Team We're a Houston-based real estate team obsessed with education and transparency.
