$900 Room for rent (Texas City)

This bedroom is #1 of 8 and is a very roomy 16” x 13’ (not including the walk-in closet) and has a private half bathroom (no tub/shower). It is on the ground floor and the double window faces the side of the house while the single window faces the back yard. This bedroom shares the shower in the downstairs hall bathroom with the two other downstairs bedrooms. The room has a code lock keypad on the doorknob and another on the front door. This bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, nightstand, desk, chair, television, mini fridge, and shoe stand. Access to the kitchen, laundry, living room, patio, and pool are considered to be a privilege, but only require reasonable behavior including respect for those areas and cleaning up after yourself. All utilities are included in the rent. Parking is on the street only. The rent on this room is $900.00/month, $275.00/week, or $65.00/night. This room is available within a week if this post is up.
