This bedroom is #2 of 8 and is a comfortable 14” x 14’. It is on the ground floor and the double window faces the front of the house. This bedroom shares the downstairs hall bathroom with the two other downstairs bedrooms. The room has a code lock keypad on the knob and there is another on the front door of the house. Access to the kitchen, laundry, living room, deck, and pool are considered to be a privilege but only require reasonable behavior including respect for the areas and cleaning up after yourself. All utilities are included in the rent. Parking is on the street only. This bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, nightstand, lamp, and television. The rent on this room is $800.00/month, $250.00/week, or $50.00/night. The room is available within a week if the post is up. I prefer texts to start a conversation about the room. Calls or emails are fine, but texts are more dependable for me unless I am expecting calls or emails. I am currently working away from the city and may not be able to show the room prior to move-in.
