Looking for QUIET MATURE SINGLE MALE over 40 to rent second bedroom. I've been RENTING a 2 Bedroom, 1 bath manufactured home in the 55+ community of Pine Ridge at Crestwood. Your rent is $750.00 a Month we split the Utilities. You will need to have the 1st month, last month, and 1 month security deposit up front and you'll have to be approved by the community office before you can move in. I'm looking for someone that doesn't drink alcohol and doesn't smoke tobacco and this is not a 420 home.
