Hi! We have a bedroom available at 8th and Diamond near Temple University for $475 per month plus $150 flat rate bills which includes all bills (WiFi, electric, gas and water). This rental includes central air, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and in-unit washer/dryer. We are two blocks from the SEPTA/ Temple train station. You can walk to class or head to NYC/, Washington DC or the airport, with ease! In addition, we are within one mile of Fishtown nightlife, such as Evil Genius brewery and Stateside. You share your bathroom with one or two others. First and last month payments are required to move in. Leases end on August 1st. To hold the room we need your first month payment.
