The cost of all Utilities and WEEKLY house cleaner and gardener services shall be equally divided among all occupants (around $350 for each occupant per month which includes wireless internet access and WEEKLY house cleaning and gardening services that clean the whole house including your room and bathroom and maintains the grounds). That means you will have no weekly chores to do for yourself or for the household and you do not have to buy all those expensive cleaning tools and supplies which will leave you with more time to rest and enjoy your time off from work. Isn't that a luxury we all want and deserve?
