Cozy (little) room (with closet) for rent in a 3 bedroom apt in Park Slope/South Slope, Brooklyn. It's a nice apartment, though the guy who's moving and the other roommate (who will be moving out in the next couple months) are slobs, and I'm often gone for weeks at a time, so I'm scrambling to get it presentable now. I'm really looking for people who I can trust to respect the place enough that it will be worth it for me to put in more effort and make some upgrades. Looking for someone clean, considerate, and dependable, basically. Cats and small dogs are very welcome! Available furnished or unfurnished Rent is $1050+utilities ($80-ish)/month. (Utilities include gas electric and internet) To move in you need one month's rent and utilities plus one month's deposit (approx $2380). - We are close to all amenities (laundromats, groceries, restaurants, bars, dispensaries, etc.), 15-20 minutes from Prospect Park, 25 to Barclays - 3 blocks from the F/G/R/M trains, 15 min to downtown Manhattan. - We are located on 13th street b/w 4th and 5th Aves.
