In this home we are respectful, clean and very friendly. This home is peaceful near supermarket, bus stop, church. Beach and more. Available for a professional male or female. Must work full time Mondays to Fridays or more. Work outside of the home only. No work from home will be acceptable. Access to Pool and gym available. I am a medical professional and I work from home now, you just have to clean after yourself every time you use the areas and be organized. This is a month to month lease for $1000 due on the first of every month .A $500 deposit and one months rent will be needed before moving in. If you are a traveling nurse I can accommodate short term just let me know. Also short stay are welcome just text me to discuss. no drinking no drugs, smoking outside only. Shared areas are back yard with barbecue, kitchen for light cooking, parking on driveway, and laundry inside. No minors, no over night stay. Background will be check.
