This position will assist with the day-to-day dispatching of local, regional, and over-the-road CDL drivers. The Dispatcher works closely with customers, drivers, and department peers to coordinate and ensure load commitments are being fulfilled, driver utilization is maintained, driver retention is a priority, and guarantee that company productivity goals are met. It is imperative that professional communication and follow-up is upheld daily, as it is crucial to the success of this role.   Basic Job Description: Create schedules, dispatch out CDL Class A drivers locally, regionally, and over the road drivers to appropriate locations with routing information, provide drivers with essential details to complete their route, etc. Create spreadsheets and reports as needed. Professional communication with drivers, vendors, customers, and management. Process driver assistance and operation team requests with timely follow through. Utilize TMW for the entry and dispatch load information. Utilize PeopleNet to track and monitor drivers. Maintain a positive team environment. Maintain strong professional working relationships with customers, vendors, operations, and drivers.   QUALIFICATIONS: Previous dispatching experience required General knowledge of DOT rules and requirements Great customer service and strong communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Highly motivated with attention to detail Ability to multi-task Proficiency with computers (Excel, Word, Outlook) Prior experience with TMW, PC Miler and PeopleNET is a plus   Benefits: 401(k) matching Health / Vision / Dental insurance Life insurance Paid time off Job Type: Full-time in person position

Maintenance Technician / Electrical Systems Base Salary: $75,000 to $80,000 + $3,000 sign-on bonus + OT Eligible  We're looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician with a focus on electrical systems to join our team at our facility. This is an onsite, full-time role that is a core part of our maintenance team, supporting our manufacturing and production operations. We're a company that produces advanced materials for customers who operate in high-stress environments, from aerospace and defense to medical technology and clean energy. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and Repair: You will diagnose, test, maintain, and repair electrical and electronic equipment. This includes hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems; variable speed AC and DC motor drives; programmable logic controllers (PLCs); and combustion systems. Troubleshoot and Inspect: You'll serve as a team member or leader to inspect and troubleshoot electrical and electronic malfunctions.
