The ideal candidate has previous computer and/or assembly experience. This person must have strong attention to detail, comfort lifting heavy products, and enjoy assembly production. REPORTS TO: Program Director JOB SUMMARY: The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will develop, implement, and oversee behavior support services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities within WCP's vocational training program. The BCBA will provide behavioral assessments, intervention plans, and staff training to support clients in achieving vocational success and community integration in alignment with Work Creation Program's mission.
