We are looking for a Property/Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our Eugene team. This person will report up to our maintenance manager and handle a wide variety of work orders, turns and apartment renovations. Experience with light plumbing, carpentry and electrical repair is required. This is a full time position and exact hourly wage/salary is dependent on candidates experience. Benefits include health insurance, vision, dental insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays, sick days and employer contribution to a simple IRA. This position starts at $16.10/hour up to $18.75/hour depending on experience with growth opportunity up to $19.75/hour. DESCRIPTION The Market Central Kitchen supplies all of our store locations with items made from scratch, including soups, salads, marinades, sauces, spice kits, charcuterie, and more! As a Cook, you will report to the Production Manager and Operations Manager and some of your responsibilities will include: Consulting with the Production Manager on a daily basis to ensure that timing of orders and production schedules are coordinated Production of sandwich, salad, entree, catering trays and soup for the hot and cold cases at Market of Choice stores Timely delivery of assigned orders and other orders as needed Assisting the Chef/Catering Manager with ordering and maintaining inventory of fresh, frozen, and sundry products for use in the department Training new kitchen workers and assistants Prepare deep fried, baked, stove top foods, and salads Maintain positive relations with customers, vendors and employees Maintain Health and Safety sanitation requirements Have a current Food Handler Card QUALIFICATIONS Applicants should be available any shift including weekends.
