We have full time opening for highly energetic, full of Hoʻokipa personality to join our Ohana as a Taxi Dispatcher. Position responsibilities includes, but not limited to: • Excellent understanding of passenger ground transportation, Taxi knowledge is ideal • Previous experience in dispatching a plus • Excellent clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules and routes • Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time • Ability to work under stress and remain calm and to calm other people during rapidly changing circumstances • Ability to relay information and work well in a fast-paced environment with changing condition • Knowledge of local area a must • Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and security background check • Excellent listener and great written and verbal communication skills • Keep current on County of Maui Taxi regulations • Follow all Company policies and guidelines.
