Position Summary The Product Quality Engineering team at OrganOx is a technical quality engineering team responsible for monitoring, understanding, and improving product performance of the OrganOx Metra, a Class III medical device. The Product Quality Engineering team works closely with Product Sustaining Engineering and Contracted Suppliers to set in place quality control and management processes for externally built products and componentry, including sterilization and microbiology, supplier management, and contract manufacturing processes. The Product Quality Engineer will have strong hands-on technical skills with an ability to analyze product quality issues and work cross-functionally to solve problems related to product quality. The successful candidate is collaborative, has excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and is passionate about delivering world-class products that make healthcare more accessible, simpler, and safer. Listed below are the major responsibilities of the role and a brief description of some of the key tasks to be performed. This list is not totally exhaustive. This is a flexible, on-site role in our Madison, NJ office. Major Responsibilities Under direction from the Senior Product Quality Engineer and Senior Manager, Product Quality Engineering, the Product Quality Engineer may be responsible for the following: Lead root-cause investigations in response to customer complaints Support hands-on analyses of returned products to identify root causes of failures ·       Support development of investigation criteria and test methods to properly diagnose and root cause field failures   Analyze and trend on product performance data to provide recommendations for product improvements Raise Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCARs) in response to product performance trends. Support timely closure of SCARs. Work cross-functionally with other engineering teams and contracted suppliers to implement changes in manufacturing and inspection procedures to mitigate field failures. Maintain good working relationships with suppliers to support root cause investigation and failure mitigation efforts ·       Support CAPAs, Escalations, and engineering investigations in response to field quality issues. Participate in the development and review of engineering change orders that impact product quality activities Perform DHR, Service History record, and PFMEA reviews in support of complaint investigations. Adhere to the letter and spirit of OrganOx’s Code of Conduct and all other company policies. Requirements Skills and Experience Experience investigating and resolving SCARS and CAPAs  Strong experience with statistical analysis of data; Experience with Minitab preferred Experience with Six Sigma principles preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with audiences of varying technical skills A strong ability to prepare written technical plans and reports in support of engineering changes, product or process validations, and failure investigations Strong focus on meeting customer needs  Proven ability to work cross functional and within global teams, fostering a culture of high collaboration Ability to be self-driven and solve complex problems independently. Join JC Grounds Management, a leading snow removal contractor, as a Salt Truck Operator (STO) for the upcoming winter season.  As a salt truck operator at JC Grounds Management, you will receive training on equipment safety, operation, path of motion, and product application.  Our fleet of application vehicles do not require a CDL license to operate however you must be comfortable operating a large truck during adverse weather conditions.  Most of the shifts occur between 6pm and 8am but can/will extend to anytime of the day especially following a winter event.  Salt truck operators need to be on-time and have a clean driving record.  They will also need to load their truck with material using a skid steer (training to be provided if necessary).  We are currently looking for operators to service routes dispatched from Chelmsford, Lowell, Billerica, Tewksbury, Wilmington areas. Key Responsibilities • Pick supplies and supply production lines with raw materials for production in a timely manner  • Track materials through use of the ERP system  • Complete consumptions and turn in completed job cards as soon as possible  • Perform material verifications and inventory counts as necessary  • Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and ERP system records  • Ensures that materials staged for orders are accurate  • Ensure raw materials are segregated properly (i.e. Organic kept separate from non- organic and Allergens stored properly below non-allergen items)  • Oversees stock replenishment according to production needs  • Count, verify, rotate and put away raw materials as needed  • Restock raw materials once production is complete (ensure pallets are clean, organized, and that all ingredients are labeled properly)  • Shrink wrap products to pallets prior to being placed into storage locations  • Perform any other duties as required by Manager or Supervisor , but you may be assigned other duties as needed.  Requirements 1-2 year of experience in inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing support role Familiarity with RFSmart, NetSuite, or other warehouse/inventory systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and basic math skills Comfortable working on the plant floor and in warehouse environments. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Able to lift up to 40lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods. The Inventory Control Associate will be accountable for deploying a rigorous inventory management program at Hamilton Kent, to include cycle counts, performing audits, root cause analyses and inventory adjustments while working cross-functionally with warehouse, procurement, manufacturing and logistics teams.  The Inventory Control Associate will be responsible for inbound receiving of direct materials, ensuring handling units are printed and affixed as well as system receipts are completed. This person will collaborate extensively with the Distribution Center Manager and Distribution Center Coordinator to maintain inventory integrity, system alignment, and compliance.
