POSITION SUMMARY: The Paint Fiberglass Coating Specialist classification consists of Paint, Gel and Buff Back Final Finish. All Paint FCSs will be cross trained in these functions and will be utilized throughout the facility, based on customer demand. WHAT YOU WILL DO:  PAINT: Produces quality parts at or above expected rate. Utilizes time and skills effectively. Inspect parts at every stage of process to identify defects and correct immediately. Identify defects & follow proper procedure for non-conformance. Ensure filters are clean and PMs are done on paint booth and sprayers. Tape any hardware exposed to the paint process to avoid overspray on hardware. Uses Knowledge of quality standard by customer to improve quality of all customers. Reads, understands, and follows procedures related to position. GEL: Ability to set up, tear down and calibrate gel guns. Ability to read a mil gauge. As a Vehicle Supply Technician at Northwest Ambulance, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory of medical and emergency supplies in our fleet of ambulances. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our vehicles are stocked with the necessary supplies for responding to emergencies and providing patient care. General: Responsible for assuring all products are being produced at 300-employee poultry processing facility are safe and compliant with regulatory and Customer requirements. Works to ensure any food safety quality incidents are prevented. Promotes food safety and GMP awareness. The position reports to the quality supervisor w/ primary 4- day work schedule (Mon. – Thurs. or Tues. – Fri.) day shift, with flexibility to work early shift, overtime, and weekends, as needed. Specific Duties / Responsibilities: Ensures all products are being produced in a safe manner and in compliance with all GMP’s, SSOP’s, HACCP, USDA and Customer requirements. Provides input and helps enforce food safety procedures and best practices Performs a variety of checks and tests in poultry processing facility (incoming thru shipment) Supports training for GMP’s, HACCP, SSOP, and USDA regulation compliance for employees Audits work practices, environment, and procedures for food safety / regulatory compliance Works with operations and partners with USDA to meet state and federal regulations and promote a safe work environment.
