Key Responsibilities: Safely operate tanker trucks transporting bulk liquid materials  Load and unload using hoses, pumps, and valves with strict safety protocols  Conduct and document pre- and post-trip inspections  Maintain accurate trip records, logs, and inspection reports  Communicate professionally with dispatchers and customers  Adhere to DOT, EPA, and all applicable safety and regulatory guidelines  Represent Altom with professionalism during customer interactions  Requirements Valid CDL Class A License  Tanker Endorsement (N) – Required  Hazmat Endorsement (H) – Preferred (must obtain within 90 days of hire; assistance available)  TWIC Card – Preferred (or must obtain after hire)  Minimum 1 year of verifiable tanker driving experience  At least 23 years of age  Clean MVR and strong safety record  Able to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check  Dependable, safety-minded, and capable of working independently  Willing to work flexible schedules, including 24/7 operations if needed  Benefits 401(K) with company match from Day 1  Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance – medical, dental, vision, prescription  Paid vacation, holidays, and personal time  Optional life and disability insurance  Safety bonuses for clean roadside inspections and safe driving records  Paid training, PPE, and late-model, well-maintained trucks  Boot reimbursement program  Up to $2,400 company contribution to Health Savings Account (HSA)

Join the Charger Water Treatment Products team as a Warehouse Manager and play a critical role in our operations in the heart of our logistics team in Knoxville, TN! Your primary focus will be ensuring that all warehouse activities are executed efficiently, from receiving to assembling to delivering our water treatment products to our valued customers. You will lead a skilled team of warehouse staff, optimize processes, and contribute to our commitment to quality service and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Oversee the receipt and inspection of incoming products Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular audits and effective inventory management practices. Implement and maintain efficient logistical processes and systems within the warehouse. Facilitate training and development for warehouse personnel, promoting a safe and productive work environment. Ensure and implement best practices for workplace safety. Assemble our water treatment products Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory and logistics efficiently. Occasionally safely drive our 16' box truck to deliver products to our customers. Must be able to lift 75 lbs. Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Requirements Proven experience in warehouse management or a related supervisory role. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and logistics. Experience leading and managing a team, with excellent interpersonal skills. Proficient in using warehouse management software and tools. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Forklift certification is a plus. Occasionally safely drive our 16' box truck to deliver products to our customers. Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
