Box Truck Drivers WANTED

Join Our Team at L&P Logistics LP Logistics is seeking box truck drivers (26ft) to transport palletized freight from Amazon and local or regional companies, covering an average distance of 100-250 miles. We offer a professional and supportive work environment with a strong focus on performance and reliability. We also offer business training for drivers seeking to become independent carriers. L&P will provide fuel and all equipment. Key Details: • Training: Call or Zoom. • Compensation: $140 per load • Position: (W9 contractor), flexible schedules, loads are available seven days a week, loads may be in the windows of (11 pm - 6 am). Requirements: • A clean driving record is mandatory. • Valid driver’s license: One year of experience with 26 Ft. box trucks. • Ability to obtain a DOT medical card. • Age 21 or older. • Strong punctuality, reliability, and physical fitness. Responsibilities: • Handle 1-2 loads per day, 1-3 stops per load with a pallet jack, and occasionally operate the liftgate. • Load and unload the truck and deliver palletized products to various shipping companies. • Stay ahead of schedule and maintain communication with Amazon’s app. • Scan each pallet every step of the way. Send pictures of the signed BOL to the L&P rep. Maintain communication with a load tracking app, such as Macropoint.
