Schedule: Mondays, approx. 6:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. (timing may vary depending on route volume) Compensation: $7.00 per completed delivery Average Deliveries: 15–20 per route About Us Primal Balance Nutrition is an organic meal prep company committed to sustainability, high-protein nutrition, and allergen-friendly meals. We provide fresh, locally sourced, fully prepared meals to clients across San Diego each week. Our ethos centers on quality, integrity, and respect—for our planet, our customers, and our partners. **This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Delivery contractors are engaged to complete a specific scope of services and are not employees of Primal Balance Nutrition** Contractors: Collect pre-packed orders from the kitchen starting at 6:30 a.m. on Mondays. Deliver meals to residential and office addresses along a designated route. Use the third party app we use to complete deliveries. Cover all expenses associated with performing the work, including gas, vehicle maintenance, insurance, and phone costs. Are free to contract with other businesses or clients outside of this scope. Contractor Requirements Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance that covers you while doing deliveries for a company. Reliable vehicle and smartphone. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and manage multiple delivery stops. Must complete deliveries with professionalism and care. Prior delivery experience (e.g., Instacart, Uber Eats, DoorDash). Important Notes This is not an employment position. Contractors engaged under this agreement will receive a 1099 form and are responsible for their own taxes and compliance.
