HVAC Field Service Manager- Marine Corp Base Camp Pendleton, CA Competitive Salary and Employer Paid Health Benefits EMI Services is hiring an experienced commercial/industrial HVAC Technician with management/supervisory experience! The position will be responsible for the direct oversight and operations of a small team of technicians who perform maintenance, repair, replacement, and modernization of HVAC systems in order to achieve regulated climatic conditions. The ideal EMI HVAC Field Services Manager is EPA Universal Certified, has chiller and DDC/Controls experience, and has the skill level to teach, train and supervise as well as the ability to make repairs on a variety of HVAC systems. This is a supervisory role responsible for the training and leadership of HVAC Technician I and General Maintenance workers. On-site support is required 5 days a week.
