The Senior Manager, Statistical Programming, will be expected to provide timely and strategic programming support to clinical study teams in alignment with project goals. This role combines hands-on programming responsibilities with leadership in study execution and tool development. The successful candidate will serve as the Statistical Programming Lead for one or more clinical trials, taking responsibility for all programming deliverables from study start through regulatory submission. In addition, this person will support the development and maintenance of departmental programming tools, such as standard macros and specification templates of SDTM and ADaM used across clinical studies. This position requires expertise in CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM), strong communication and leadership skills, and a deep understanding of clinical trial data and analysis workflows.   This position is based in Palo Alto, CA or may be remote. Key Responsibilities Serve as the Statistical Programming Lead for clinical trials, overseeing all programming deliverables from study start to submission. Represent Statistical Programming in cross-functional study team meetings and contribute to project planning and timelines. Develop, validate, and maintain SDTM and ADaM datasets, following CDISC standards and study specifications. Generate or validate tables, listings, and figures (TLFs) for clinical study reports, ISS/ISE, and regulatory submissions. Support statisticians with planned and ad hoc analyses. Develop and maintain reusable macros, templates, and specification tools to support consistent and efficient programming practices across studies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Biostatistics, Data Management, and Medical Writing to ensure high-quality deliverables. Ensure programming activities meet project timelines and quality expectations, following internal SOPs and industry best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field with at least 10 years of programming experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry; or a Master’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience. Proven experience as a lead programmer for clinical trials and complex technical projects. Excellent knowledge of CDISC standards, including SDTM and ADaM. Understanding of the clinical drug development process and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in SAS programming, including the ability to develop and validate reusable macros. Familiarity with other programming languages or tools (e.g., R, Python, Git, VB) is a plus. Experience contributing to departmental tools (e.g., macro libraries, specification templates, or automation tools) is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions. Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities under tight deadlines. The Role We are seeking a results-driven Vendor & Sub-Contractor Operations Manager to join our US Operations team out of either Chicago or New York City. This critical role will oversee the sourcing, onboarding, and management of third-party vendors and service providers that support our nationwide portfolio. From optimizing service quality and cost structures to ensuring seamless guest experiences, you’ll play a strategic role in scaling our operations across multiple U.S. markets. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of hospitality, operations, and strategic partnerships—helping build the backbone of a world-class concierge and vendor ecosystem. This role is US based and must be located in either Chicago or New York City. What You Will Focus On Outsourced Vendor Services: Coordinate and manage US third party service partners Vendor Sourcing & Onboarding: Identify, assess, and onboard reliable, cost-effective third-party service providers across multiple US cities Contract & Negotiations: Lead negotiations, define contractual terms, and establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that ensure both quality and accountability. Performance Management: Monitor vendor performance to ensure service excellence, cost efficiency, and timeliness; conduct reviews, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement. Compliance & Auditing: Oversee compliance with company standards, verify pricing accuracy, and validate invoices through structured audits. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Customer Support, and Quality Assurance to align vendor and concierge services with business objectives. Data & Reporting: Maintain vendor dashboards, performance trackers, and documentation to support transparency and informed decision-making. Vendor Categories May Include Local and national concierge/third party service providers Maintenance and repair contractors Field-based third party services (e.g. inspectional, specialized delivery, key delivery placement, etc.) Requirements 3+ years of experience in vendor management, sub-contractor services, or operations, ideally in a multi-city or hospitality setting Proven track record in managing service-based vendors and negotiating contracts in the U.S. market Strong understanding of service operations, hospitality standards, and guest experience management Advanced Excel/data analysis skills; familiarity with procurement or vendor management systems a plus Proven experience in developing and managing KPIs to track vendor and service performance, with a strong background in remote service oversight or centralized vendor management to ensure consistency, efficiency, and accountability across multiple locations. This position will be responsible for partnering with the Product team to lead a subset of the WiFi Product Roadmap for the team and business. The role will primarily focus on maturing, developing and deploying a cross-functional Roadmap to drive success of highly strategic and visible projects that will meet evolving customer needs and business opportunities. In collaboration with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Legal, IT, Engineering, and other Product teams, the Project Manager will help define and execute plans to deliver an industry leading customer experience. This position is a 6 – 12 month contract and will be based in Denver, CO and will require being in office four days per week. Qualified candidates must meet the minimum requirements and be fully authorized to work in the United States, without requiring visa sponsorship or C2C status.   Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for project lifecycle tasks and ensure expectations are met between Roadmap approval and program closeout. Responsible for the creation and management of project management artifacts, including Project Plans, logging and use of RAID logs, reporting, and other communication activities. Effectively manage stakeholders and ensure effective communication for working team members as well as executive level stakeholders related to the owned roadmap items. Responsible for cross-functional project risk identification and mitigation including identifying and clarifying known risks, known unknown risks, as well as facilitation of activities to mitigate against unknown unknowns. Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed. May also coordinate with multiple project managers to assemble overall program plan. Support all efforts to simplify and enhance the team efforts including following of processes and standards, as well as definition and implementation of new best practices. Other tasks and duties as assigned to support WiFi Product objectives. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This role is a 6 - 12 month consulting contract and the hourly range is $60 - $70. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
