Responsibilities Operate packaging machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines. Monitor production processes to ensure quality and conformity to specifications. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on packaging equipment to minimize downtime. Package pharmaceutical products according to detailed instructions and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with quality control teams to conduct inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards. Maintain accurate records of production activities and material usage in line with GMP regulations. Assist in training new packaging staff on equipment operation and packaging procedures. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus. Proven experience as a packaging operator in the pharmaceuticals or related industry. Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety regulations. Ability to operate and troubleshoot various types of packaging machinery. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing for long periods, and following strict quality protocols.
