About the Role: RTM is looking for a Junior Event Producer exclusively focused on our K-12 programs. The ideal candidate will have experience running at least 1 program in the B2B conferences/events space and has an excellent understanding of what is required to run a successful event. They will report into a Production Manager and collaborate with other Producers on the team to create a seamless event experience. This role is Hybrid/Remote in NY, NJ and CT with 2 days a week in the office or remote in CA, FL, TX, PA, GA, OH and IN. The ideal candidate shall provide technical expertise in support of, but not limited to: Item Managers, configuration management, data review, hardware repair and integration, and field level support. Spectrum's Equipment Specialist shall perform technical duties utilizing a broad knowledge of electronic equipment principles, and techniques and possess a thorough knowledge of digital and analog circuitry. Technical experience should include, but not limited to: Installation, integration, adjustment, upgrade, modification, repair, operational checks, initial on-site system and operational capabilities awareness as required, repair management of communication and electronic hardware. Provide general technical advice on installed and deployed COMSEC products radio frequency systems to CCSD and the program office. Provide quarterly evaluation and analysis of all maintenance actions. Provide system users technical advice on system installation, operation, and troubleshooting. Travel to provide support for COMSEC Products systems as required. This candidate shall develop and document successful test procedures. The Equipment Specialist shall serve as the subject matter expert and technical adviser during Program Management Reviews, Technical Exchange Meetings, Technical Interchange Meetings, vendor product demonstrations and at guidance and provisioning conferences.
