We are hiring a Seasonal Production Associate to support the jewelry production team to clean, engrave and transport finished jewelry pieces.  The seasonal associate will be expected to work with a strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.     Responsibilities:  Support the factory by cleaning finished jewelry pieces according to factory instructions and specifications.  Transport finished jewelry pieces to and from departments including QA, polishing, stone setting and repairs.  Help with collecting and distributing work throughout the factory and conveying information across teams as needed.  Engrave finished jewelry using the laser engraver for necessary engravings    Base pay $17.00 - $18.50 hourly. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Operate CNC Lathe machines. 2. Perform assigned maintenance. 3. Preform other production tasks as needed. 4. Adhere to production schedules. 5. Keep manufacturing area clean and well organized. 6. Work overtime or on different shifts as requested to meet production demands. 7. Complete daily and weekly performance board and quality/productivity reports as needed. 8. Follow safety, quality, operating and other procedures. 9. Work with manufacturing lead, follow material point of use process and ensure there is material and tools available at all times. Qualifications: High School Diploma, equivalent, or passing company’s basic English/Math/Blue Print Reading Test; 2 year college or technical degree preferred. 1. Proficient in reading blue prints. 2. Proficient in using basic measuring tools (rulers, calipers, micrometers, etc.). 3. Proven working experience in operating CNC equipment in a production environment. 4. Basic English reading/writing and math skills to fulfill job requirements. 5. Ability to work with computers. 6.
