$1,450 Apartment in Inwood! (Inwood / Wash Hts)

Greetings, We are looking for one tenant for our apartment in Inwood for about 2 months, from October 25 to the beginning of January. The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the Cloisters, half a block from the A train, and two blocks from the 1 train. The monthly rent is $1450 and includes heat and water. Con Edison and internet bills will need to be paid separately. You will have full access to two out of the three rooms in the apartment. You will be alone for the duration of your stay except for 1 week in December during which I (female, professor) will need to come back. Preference will be given to someone who may be interested in returning for future stays and has flexible dates. The next period available may be between March and July.
