I am needing to move closer to family and need someone to take over the rest of my lease. I will pay any fees upfront with the transfer and deposit is already obviously paid. Discounted rent from 2 months free, it comes to $1450. That includes WiFi. Fantastic amenities and large dog park; apartment is very close to trash chute as well making your life easier but there is valet trash. I am so sad to leave but I need to go to Dallas. :( I’m trying to leave ASAP
