The house: Each side of the duplex has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (so 8 and 8 total). They’re identical mirrored layouts. The first floor is common space with the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The third floor is the loft with a half-bathroom. The room: $1370/month (security deposit = 1 month’s rent) 10’5” x 10’9”, two windows, gets good light, has a big closet, and shares a full bathroom (with tub) with one other person Can be furnished with queen bed.
