Description

Position Summary A Press Operator runs computer-controlled machines that bend, form and shape design various materials according to blueprints and specifications. Their main duties include troubleshooting machines for any malfunctions or irregularities, fixing machine parts as needed to ensure they operate properly and conducting quality checks on the machines. We are in need of skilled Press Operators, dedicated and hardest working individuals to join our team as a Machine Operator. Are you the type of person that likes to go to work every day and actually accomplish something? Do you have the experience and skills to set up, maintain, and operate industrial machinery? Can you read a tape measure down to a 1/16th" and maintain tight tolerances, because our jobs and safety standards require a high level of attention to detail. Qualifications: - Experience operating press brake machines or similar equipment - Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting engineering drawings - Knowledge of machining processes such as lathe, laser cutting, and plasma cutting - Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions - Familiarity with CNC programming and operation is a plus - Ability to perform quality inspections using tools such as calipers and micrometers - Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance) principles Responsibilities: - Show up on time and ready to work - Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycle - Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed) - Feed raw materials or parts to semi-automated machines - Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools - Test operation of machines periodically - Fix issues that might occur during the shift - Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws - Keep records of approved and defective units or final products - Maintain activity logs Skills: - Great Work Ethic - Detail Oriented - Experienced Machine Operator - Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, etc.) - Understanding of Production Procedures - Adherence to Health & Safety Regulations - Ability to Read Blueprints, Schematics & Manuals - Analytical Skills - Teamwork and Great Communication - High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus

Objective The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring inventory is accurately accounted for, properly stored, and handled in a safe and organized manner. This role collaborates closely with the management and production teams to support operational goals while maintaining compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
