Key Responsibilities: Oversee production process, from purchasing materials to final product, and ensuring timely completion. Manage multiple jobs simultaneously. Maintain a safe and organized work environment while meeting project deadlines. Collaborate with project manager to ensure client satisfaction. Perform quality checks and troubleshoot installation issues as they arise. Qualifications: Proven experience in a supervisory role within a millwork or woodworking environment. Strong ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and technical drawings Expertise in installing custom millwork with a focus on precision and craftsmanship. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Knowledge of tools, techniques, and materials specific to high end millwork and installation. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to travel within the NYC area. NYC SST and OSHA 10/30 certified.
