We are a small but successful Walla Walla corporation that builds, markets and services a revolutionary construction instrument sold globally. Tasks for this position include assembly, operation of automated systems, mechanical service diagnostics and repair, testing, calibrating, cleaning and packaging both new and service instruments. We are seeking an applicant who is interested in growing with our company in a long term position. Applicant must have a good mechanical aptitude, good manual skills, attentiveness to detail and ability to work well with others. Electronic soldering and diagnostic capability, computer, shipping/receiving, good communication skills and formal technical training are beneficial and will accelerate growth. This full time position includes benefits of paid time off for all major holidays, voluntary wellness program bonuses and liberal monthly and annual profit share bonus. Starting Profit share and performance bonuses are not paid during a 90 day intro period. Compensation for a good match after the intro period includes a wage increase, paid major holidays, profit share and the 90 day accumulated monthly profit share and performance bonuses.
