POSITION SUMMARY Working in our production area, this role will be responsible for assembling sub-components, sub-systems and complete products in Infleqtion’s commercial product line.  This role requires good manual dexterity, ability to conduct visual inspections, understanding of mechanical, electrical, and optical engineering equipment, and commitment to follow all safety processes.   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities outlined below include essential functions of the role. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.  Independently or under limited supervision perform multi-step assembly processes of optical, vacuum, mechanical, and electrical assemblies following work instructions while referring to drawings and solid models Conduct inspection throughout manufacturing processes to ensure proper build and that quality standards are achieved Perform receiving and in-process inspections of mechanical, electrical and optical components and sub-assemblies using a variety of instruments, including optical and mechanical metrology tools (calipers, drop gauge, optical comparator, touch probe Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), and optical interferometer); as well as standard electrical and photonic test equipment Perform necessary maintenance and housekeeping activities to ensure a clean and safe work area Support production line maintenance, continuous improvement, and troubleshooting Acquires an intermediate level of applicable skills and process & product knowledge through the training matrix Identifies and works with other team members on process improvements Other duties or projects as assigned Requirements Associate degree in technical field required along with two (2) prior experience in optics, laser, or similar field.  May substitute prior experience for educational requirements on a 1:1 basis Comfort and familiarity with standard clean room practices and working in clean rooms Experience handling and cleaning precision optics and silicon wafers for laser applications Comfort and familiarity with handling of delicte components and equipment, including fiber optic components Familiarity with optical surface quality specifications: MIL-PRF-13830B and ISO 10110-7 Experience with optical contacting and/or anodic bonding experience is desired Ability to inspect parts against technical drawings, including those with GD&T tolerancing Good dexterity to assemble small components into sub-assemblies Proficient in MS Office  WE HIGHLY VALUE:  Great verbal and written communication skills to effectively share information with technical and non-technical staff  Strong engagement and collaboration skills with constant drive for success, ownership and pride in your work  Sense of urgency and responsibility and a true passion for attention to detail where it matters  Open communication style and extremely positive attitude which shows through consistent daily habits  Demonstrated problem solving skills and fast learning rate  Capability of working with both a high degree of autonomy (taking high level goal as an input to discover and execute an optimal plan, gathering required resources to achieve the goal) and collaboratively (soliciting and incorporating input from colleagues as necessary)   Note: This position may require access to information protected under U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Summary The Production Technician is responsible for assembling, calibrating, and testing our products, as well as performing measurement services related to our products.  This full-time, hourly role involves hands-on assembly and testing of precision products, as well as performing repair services in a controlled lab environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform manual assembly and repair of components according to detailed work instructions, drawings, and specifications. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using imaging software and other precision tools. Operate and maintain lab instruments and equipment. Maintain accurate production records, including workflow documentation and quality logs. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to identify and resolve assembly issues. Follow all safety, quality, and cleanroom procedures, including gowning protocols and material handling guidelines. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional training. Requirements High school diploma or GED; A.S. Electronics, technical training or certification is preferred. 6-12 months experience in cleanroom assembly, manufacturing, or technical environment; familiar with ESD protocols and procedures. Basic understanding of electronics, electronic assembly and schematic interpretation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access). Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting and data collection to aid in root cause analyses. Demonstrated ability to multi-task without compromising quality or attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills. CDL Class A driver Needed. Fleet trucks consist of 2021 Mack Granite dump trucks with M-Drive 12 Automatic Transmissions and pup trailers, tractor trucks and trailers, side-dumps, and equipment trailers. Hauls are mainly located in Snohomish and King Counties. Medical and Dental insurance after 60 days. Candidates must have clean driving record, and ability to operate fleet vehicles with efficiency and safety, maintain driving and maintenance logs. We at Hosanna Construction Inc. are looking for a CDL Class A driver for our heavy haul division. As the point of reference of both workers and supervisors, you will be a key person for the completion of a project. Typical projects range from urban infilling sitework and utilities, platting, foundation excavations, utility repair and extensions, land clearing, heavy hauling and land development. Responsibilities • Communicate with dispatch for work times and locations. • Perform pre and post trip vehicle inspections before and after shifts. • Log hours and loads during shift • Notify dispatch of any maintenance or safety issues encountered before, during, or after shift.
