Demonstrate the ability to quickly gain understanding of behavioral health/psychiatric disease states, products, market dynamics and practice settings. Ability to comprehend knowledge of products, clinical studies, protocols and guidelines and utilizing that knowledge to deliver information in a sales environment. Develop and execute territory business plans for assigned brands while achieving consistent sales growth within the territory. Promote products ethically and within compliance based on company’s sales process and approved marketing strategy. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across multiple settings  Requirements Required Experience and/or skills set to work as one of our Pharmaceutical Sales Reps: Sales ability and some sales experience is preferred Possess a valid driver’s license Ability to understand and communicate highly scientific and technical medical information. Applies a variety of engineering techniques and proven design concepts to support the execution of the New Product Process (NPP). Working independently plans and leads the design and testing of new and existing technologies for new products and current product enhancements using originality and ingenuity. Provides technical support on highly complex assignments during the design cycle of the NPP. Leads problem solving efforts, independently researches, justifies, and initiates solutions to unique and highly complex problems where precedent may not exist.  Leads research and evaluation of product and/or part specifications and the development of moderately complex concept/prototype models. Ensures that marketing requirements are translated into engineering specifications. Provides high level technical input and ensures the use of proven design concepts. Analyzes engineering sketches, specifications, and related data and drawings. Defines and documents performance parameters and cost estimates. Compiles and analyzes test data.
