Accountabilities: You will be responsible for expanding and nurturing business opportunities within skilled nursing facilities by: Generating new contracts to meet production goals. Maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships. Negotiating contracts and service agreements. Preparing and submitting weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity reports. Representing the organization at business and trade events relevant to the unit. Promoting endorsed programs and services within your assigned territory. Performing other duties as assigned by management. Requirements Ideal candidates will bring a combination of experience and skills including: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3 to 5 years of relevant business development or sales experience. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities. Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills. Ability to plan and organize travel across the territory efficiently. Adaptability to changing environments and ability to manage multiple priorities.
