We are currently looking for 2 candidates to join our team as a Sales Representatives Responsibilities: -Ensures excellent customer service and experience through adherence to company guidelines. -Maintains general product knowledge, promotion, etc. -Assists in floor moves, merchandising or display maintenance and store housekeeping. -Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers by providing customer service, address needs and concerns, provide updates, and gather feedback on products and service -Provide regular reports and updates to management on activity and customer feedback -Communicate customer problems or complaints to store management. -Deliver and set up sample rack for new account -Update showroom samples on a regular basis Requirements: -Sales experience (1+ years), preferably in a similar line of work but not necessary -Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships and address customers needs in a effective and timely manner -Self-motivated -Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. -Excellent time management skills, manage time effectively, and work efficiently to meet deadlines. -Ability to work collaboratively with other departments. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word or similar programs -Fluent English / Spanish -Reliable transportation (Sales Representatives are required to use there own vehicle to visit customers) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Compensation Package: Commission pay Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Rotating weekends Ability to Commute: Montebello, CA 90640 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Montebello, CA 90640: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
