About the role: The Head of Financial Planning & Analysis will be responsible for developing accurate forecasts and budgets, preparing insightful financial analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making for our sales, marketing, operations, and business development teams. This role will be the leader of our FP&A function and, as such, will take an ownership role in developing our standards and best practices for financial reporting and analysis. The role will report to the Chief Financial Officer with two directs reports located in Singapore. Additionally, the role will be expected to collaborate closely with the Global Controller and to partner cross-functionally, including with the commercial, operational and global leadership teams.   Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain insightful financial standard financial reports and dashboards for commercial and operational stakeholders, providing clear and concise summaries of performance against targets.
