This position maintains the cleanliness of the construction site and completes minor punch-out under the supervision of the construction management team. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the job site. Responsible for yard duties, including watering grass and pulling weeds. Responsible for completing punchout for minor warranty, frame, paint, sheetrock, carpentry and other similar tasks as assigned. Crews which you will be assigned to will be no more than 5 employees and will travel from job to job together as a crew. Familiar with basic hand tools, drills, saws, hammers, etc. Cannot be afraid of heights Creative problem solver with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work both independently and within a team setting to achieve company goals Able to lift-up to 75Ibs Candidate should be able read and understand basic safety instructions Candidates from a Scaffolding, Carpentry, Construction, Laboring or Events background are preferred.
