Reviews effectiveness of programs and materials and collaborates to adapt them to meet varying needs and developmental appropriateness of learners.  Resets program materials for all classrooms as needed including but not limited to: resetting group time charts and materials, changing books for the week,, replacing craft/fine motor activities for the week, rotating toys/activities, checking that all craft supplies are available for following weeks’ activities, ensuring games are organized and have needed pieces, ensuring games are appropriate for all learners and/or implements adaptations as necessary, changes schedules/slides on Google drive. Develop strong relationships with BCBAs and BTs and continuously address concerns as well as check-ins with staff to determine overall program effectiveness and establish a culture of collaboration.  This position may need to render Direct ABA services in addition to the duties above.
